A good design will save the cost of mold, extend its life circle and cease maintenance.In MT mold, every mold design will be evaluated by experience mold manufacturing manager, project manager in the evaluation meeting in order to confirm the best solution for mold.In the meeting mold flow analysis, cooling channel, mold structure would be discussed in detail.The 2D&3D design will be sent to customer for confirmation. With customer approval, we will proceed to next step steel cutting.
